Up Close and Personal

For years, I have served as a useful source of motivation, help or advice. I finally decided to own that role and be intentional about it. I started Kalani Wellness with a mission to give others a taste of my thoughts and experiences, and I have been at it ever since. What started as weekly posts has evolved into a rich site filled with information about various topics that are near and dear to my heart.

With a decade-long tenure in the wellness industry, serving as a personal trainer, gym instructior, hot and cold therapy teacher, and my current focus on massage therapy, I have noticed a significant void in both support and essential information specifically tailored to women within the "fitness" industry.

Motivated by this, I committed myself to in-depth studies on exercising during pregnancy and postpartum periods, as well as specialized training in rehabilitation techniques. I then embraced the practice of yoga and successfully completed my training amidst the challenging circumstances imposed by the COVID-19 lockdowns.

Armed with a wealth of knowledge accumulated throughout my journey, I am driven to create a nurturing space where women can empower themselves. By integrating the various disciplines I have mastered, I strive to provide a specialised experience that caters to the unique needs of each client. My ultimate goal is to foster a warm and welcoming environment that promotes holistic well-being and facilitates personal growth.
